It began on October 23, 2003, with a dream. From that dream, I realized God was speaking to me regarding the territory I am to serve. Trees were flying in a 72-mile radius of Burk’s Falls, and I awoke from the dream at 1:30 am, shaking and weeping and asking when this revival would come. As I pondered this dream, I asked trusted friends what they understood, and it was clear that this was a call to a region for life.
It took another 15 years for the Lord to refine, define and align my heart in preparation for what he wanted to do. In 2018, I called a few trusted friends to meet, worship, pray and have a time of fellowship. From that time, 11/72 has grown to include many more pastors, leaders, and business leaders who meet regularly to encourage and build one another up.
What does 11/72 mean?
11 is the highway 11 corridor from Orillia to North Bay, and Hebrews Chapter 11, By Faith. 72 is the 72-mile radius around Burk’s Falls and Luke 10, when Jesus sent out the 72.
